the references listed herein to relay to Grandview Pointe, LLC any
information they require. Applicant agrees that the security deposit to
Grandview Pointe, LLC shall be forfeited should Applicant refuse said
dwelling after this application is approved. Should the application be
turned down for any reason, the cost of any credit or other reference checks
will be deducted from said deposit before the deposit is returned. Applicant
understands that this application will become part of the lease applied for
