as needed, with only a short notice required and no

in Corporate apartments are chosen by our in-house
decorator and is new or nearly new, and very good
quality.

Competitive Rates
– Rates range from
1800/mo($62/day) for
1x1 and 2000/mo($67/day) for 2x2 and. This pricing is
considerably less than an extended stay hotel typically
$85/day.

usually have corporate units set up and ready to occupy.

What is
included in a Corporate Unit?
A full
package of quality furniture, towels, washcloths, bed
linens, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, kitchen
utensils, bowls, can opener, toaster, coffeemaker,
microwave, color television, washer and dryer (some units), vacuum cleaners, telephone,
iron and ironing board, basic telephone service, lamps,
pictures, and almost everything you need for housekeeping.
Short-term convenience/corporate units are available in some
cases on a short term basis. Longer leases are also
available. Ask at the office for details on lease
